The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie looks to land a left hand but Kopite moved out of range nicely.
Kopite throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Kopite tries to bum rush Gracie with a series of wild strikes but Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kopite lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gracie needs to keep his hands up - Kopite had a free shot at his head there.
Kopite fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Revan Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Kopite uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gracie has time to react.

Kopite might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
