PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Logan Wolverine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heffa Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolverine comes into the arena with I stand Alone - Godsmack blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huerta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wolverine's waist but Wolverine gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Huerta off to one side.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Huerta is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

A close round but Heffa Huerta will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
