The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pickett clinches up against the cage.

Pickett is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Pickett manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Pickett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jobber vX dives in and grabs Pickett's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pickett pushes down on Jobber vX's head and hops out.
Jobber vX misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jobber vX shoots in for a double leg but Pickett sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
