Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Randy Marsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, JB Stevens!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Marsh closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Marsh is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Marsh stalling.
Stevens flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Marsh perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Stevens wants to get back to full guard.
Marsh is taking a breather. Stevens says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Marsh wants to stand up but Stevens is controlling the position.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Marsh takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Marsh fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Stevens, pushing him back against the ropes.

Marsh closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Marsh lands in his opponent's guard.

Stevens is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Marsh is aware though and is defending well.

Stevens escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Marsh gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Marsh is trying to trip Stevens. He has hold of a leg but Stevens is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Marsh persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Marsh has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Marsh rushes Stevens and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Marsh gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Stevens regains guard.
Marsh wants to stand but Stevens has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Stevens is looking for a triangle here but Marsh uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Marsh blocks the strikes from Stevens.

Stevens takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Stevens is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Marsh is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Marsh takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Stevens throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Marsh is staying tight to Stevens's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Stevens is looking to reverse the position.

Marsh decides to stand up, so the ref orders Stevens to his feet.
Stevens is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Marsh.
Stevens fails with the takedown

so Marsh counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Marsh stands up from Stevens's guard - Marsh perhaps looking for a knockout.
Stevens looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Marsh closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stevens to the mat! Stevens manages to get full guard.
Marsh advances to half guard.

Marsh is taking a breather. Stevens says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
