Mike Spaso seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Spaso throws a sloppy head kick and Greco moves out of range easily.
Greco shoots for a takedown but Spaso saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Oh Greco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Greco walks straight into a right hand from Spaso - that's dropped him! Spaso jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Greco from any more punishment! Greco complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
