These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sotiropoulos takes a swing at Moore's ribcage but misses.
The fighters circle momentarily. Moore darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Moore creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Moore manages to break the clinch.

Moore fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sotiropoulos sprawls well initially but Moore persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
