Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seek Destroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Destroy comes to the cage accompanied by Metalica . Destroy is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Destroy is breathing heavily.
Williams working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Destroy looking to control.
Williams throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Destroy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Williams wanted to stand there but Destroy had control of the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Williams wants to stand but Destroy has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Williams closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Williams breaks from the clinch.
Williams fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Williams throws a right hand that Destroy ducks under and follows up with a left that Destroy also avoids with ease.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Williams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Destroy is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Williams.
Connor Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Williams throws a nice looking combination but Destroy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Williams shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Destroy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Destroy pushes a forearm under Williams's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Williams is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
