The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgecombe throws out a leg kick but Neodine moves out of range and Edgecombe only half commits.
Neodine shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Edgecombe sprawls well. Edgecombe wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Neodine gets slowly back to his feet.
Edgecombe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Neodine tries to keep at a distance but Edgecombe has taken the fight into the clinch.
Neodine drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Edgecombe gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Neodine wants the takedown. Edgecombe is fighting it off but Neodine persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Edgecombe's guard against the cage.

Edgecombe has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Neodine doesn't defend quickly enough and Edgecombe has managed to lock this one up! Can Neodine escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Edgecombe on a fantastic submission victory.
