The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar swats away the attempt to clinch by Nickers.
Nickers tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lesnar paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lesnar closes the distance and pushes Nickers back into the cage.

Nickers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nickers shoots in but Lesnar avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Lesnar shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Nickers napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Lesnar tries to advance to mount but can't.

Lesnar looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Lesnar misses with the ground and pound.

Nickers parries the strikes from Lesnar easily there. Lesnar is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Nickers to escape.

Lesnar stands up and beckons Nickers to his feet.
Lesnar tries to clinch up but Nickers circles away and keeps his distance.

Lesnar is rocked!
Nickers connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Lesnar to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Nickers!
