Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between jeff ibanez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Skinner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ibanez shoots in for a takedown but Skinner shows good takedown defense.
ibanez moves out of range as Skinner throws a body kick.

ibanez shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. ibanez showed some decent athleticism there.
ibanez is trying to control. Skinner wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
ibanez wants to get back to his feet.
Skinner works his way to full guard. Good work.

ibanez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Skinner scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Skinner on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by ibanez. ibanez obviously looking to wear him down.

ibanez shoots in and drives through. Skinner sprawls well.

Skinner has closed the distance and engaged ibanez in a clinch.
ibanez lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Skinner has dropped down and is working for a takedown. ibanez is trying to keep an underhook but Skinner manages to get the takedown into half guard.

ibanez manages to escape and get back to his feet!

ibanez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Skinner looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

ibanez is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Skinner's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Skinner's back!
ibanez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Skinner on the ground.

ibanez is trying to stick to Skinner's back but Skinner is turning into ibanez. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in ibanez's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Skinner.

Skinner throws a low kick but ibanez avoids it.
ibanez tries to bum rush Skinner with a series of wild strikes but Skinner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Horrible takedown by ibanez or perhaps it was just good defense by Skinner which made him look bad.

Skinner doesn't manage to clinch there - ibanez circles away.
Skinner stuffs the takedown attempt from ibanez. ibanez gets slowly back to his feet.
Skinner throws a head kick but ibanez moves out of range.

Skinner gets the takedown into side control.
Skinner works to advance to full mount. ibanez defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Skinner lands a heavy elbow.

He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. ibanez turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Skinner off and cradles ibanez's limp body as Skinner celebrates with his corner.
