He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Spike The Crusher could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to James Jones's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Crusher clinches with his opponent.
The Crusher has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jones avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Jones is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. The Crusher can't fight it off and eventually Jones manages to take the fight to the floor. The Crusher looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
