Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dixi Mradich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aimo Mojaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mojaus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mradich, pushing him back against the cage.
Mradich is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Mojaus is keeping busy.

Mojaus's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mradich thuds a left hand into Mojaus's body.
Mojaus lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mradich circles away quickly and effectively.
Mojaus takes one on the button.
Mojaus throws a nice inside leg kick.

Mojaus clinches.

Mojaus manages to break the clinch.
Mradich with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Mradich throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Mojaus circles away from the clinch attempt
and Mojaus cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mojaus avoids the head kick by Mradich.
Mradich fails with a takedown attempt.
Mradich lands with a good body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mradich takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Mojaus stuffs the takedown attempt from Mradich. Mradich gets slowly back to his feet.
Mradich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mojaus moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Aimo Mojaus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mojaus throws a lazy right hand but Mradich sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Mradich slips under a jab.
Mradich shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mojaus but Mojaus pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dixi Mradich. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mojaus pushes Mradich up against the cage in a clinch.
Mojaus lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Dixi Mradich has been cut.

Mojaus breaks the clinch.
Mojaus lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Mradich could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mojaus swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mojaus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mojaus feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mradich's calf.
Mradich is breathing heavily.
Mojaus scoring well with a low kick there.
Mradich takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Mojaus connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Mradich momentarily.

Mojaus has taken the fight to the clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Mojaus.

Mojaus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mojaus scores with a jab to the body.
Some wild striking there from Mojaus.
Mradich drops his hands momentarily and Mojaus needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Mradich just on the top of the head. Mradich drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Mradich - he's done!
