The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson with a jab.
Johnson throws a looping overhand right but Overeem ducks down to avoid it.
Overeem misses with a jab, cross combination.
Overeem misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Johnson.
Overeem scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Overeem lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Overeem thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Overeem throws a combination. Johnson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Johnson is rocked!
Johnson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Johnson misses with a straight left.

Overeem falls off balance throwing a combination
and Johnson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Overeem is rocked!
Johnson lands a brutal uppercut that launches Overeem off his feet! Overeem tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
