The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masiero scoring well with a low kick there.
Masiero feints and then cracks McFinnegan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McFinnegan down.
A combination from McFinnegan does no damage.
Masiero thows a body kick. McFinnegan tries to catch it but that hurt him.
McFinnegan is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McFinnegan steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Masiero. That one must have hurt.

Masiero clinches up with McFinnegan and pushes him back against the ropes.
Masiero lands a good knee to the midsection. McFinnegan won't want to take too many of those.

Masiero creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through McFinnegan's defenses.
