Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tsatsu Gomi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and sagat tigerknee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). tigerknee has chosen Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gomi scores with a takedown into tigerknee's guard.

Gomi has gone for a leg lock! tigerknee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Gomi's guard.

Gomi has his foot on tigerknee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. tigerknee works his way back into a safe position though.

Gomi looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! tigerknee has picked Gomi up and slammed him! Gomi can't keep hold of the triangle and tigerknee manages to pass to side control!
Gomi managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by tigerknee.
Gomi manages to work his way to half guard, despite tigerknee's best efforts.
Gomi moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Gomi throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! tigerknee escapes and throws Gomi's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Gomi wants to control but tigerknee postures up.

tigerknee is trying to get an arm triangle but Gomi is defending well.
You can see the frustration on Gomi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gomi is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Gomi is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! tigerknee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! tigerknee has escaped and now he's on top!
Gomi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Gomi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and tigerknee defends well.

Gomi pushes a forearm under tigerknee's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, tigerknee is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
