The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beckenbauer closes the distance and clinches up with Cannon, looking for a takedown. Beckenbauer pushes Cannon against the ropes but Cannon circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cannon throws a hook but Beckenbauer avoids it easily.
