Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miami Vice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hassan Mohammad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mohammad throws a hook to the side of Vice's head but Vice sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mohammad stuffs the takedown.
Mohammad jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mohammad looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The fighters circling - Mohammad throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Vice gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mohammad.

It looks like Miami Vice has been cut.
Mohammad misses with a few strikes there.

Vice throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mohammad was covering up waiting for the punch and Vice finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Vice trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Mohammad is looking to stand up but Vice isn't so interested in that idea.

Vice will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Viceis looking to pass into half guard but Mohammad pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Mohammad is in guard.
Vice looking to control.

Vice working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mohammad doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mohammad manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Vice can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mohammad controls the pace.
Vice looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Vice had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mohammad defends it easily.
Vice tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vice is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mohammad is aware though and is defending well.
Mohammad loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Mohammad must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Vice uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mohammad.
Mohammad scores with a sloppy right hand. Vice should have avoided that one.
Vice shoots for a double leg takedown but Mohammad sprawls well. He's pushed Vice's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Vice is breathing heavily.
Mohammad misses with a wild combination.

Mohammad moves into range and connects with a jab.

Mohammad waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Vice. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Vice to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Vice looking for a sweep. Not yet Vice, not yet.
Oh Vice is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vice is trying to keep Mohammad in close.
Vice seems to have got his legs back now.

Vice has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mohammad can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mohammad wants to pass the guard but Vice is keeping the position.
Mohammad has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Vice is proving hard to escape from.

Mohammad seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
