Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hakeem Berzevaco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlin Paschal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Berzevaco comes to the cage accompanied by Kaksi vanhaa hinttaria. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Berzevaco gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Paschal to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Paschal is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Berzevaco gets his way!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Paschal tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Berzevaco wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Berzevaco is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Paschal's shoulder. That is not cool.

Berzevaco is working to tighten is grip on Paschal's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Paschal has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Berzevaco is really squeezing tight and eventually Paschal passes out! Berzevaco breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
