Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Selly Sel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Veneracion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veneracion comes into a darkened arena with his song building. faint kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veneracion moves forwards but Sel connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sel's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sel duly obliges.
It looks like Karl Veneracion has been cut.
Veneracion throws a combination. Sel tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Sel swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Veneracion counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
