Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Claude Harper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Horton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harper swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Harper avoids a punch combination nicely.
Horton fails in his attempt to clinch.
Harper throws a series of punches but Horton moves out of range.
Harper throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Horton takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Tim Horton has been cut.
Horton tries to clinch there but Harper circles away.
Harper misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Horton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harper swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Harper cracks Horton with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Harper throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Horton.
Harper throws a right and a left that Horton avoids nicely.
Harper thuds his right hand into Horton's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Harper lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Harper throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Harper fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Horton takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Horton gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Harper's corner calls for a 1-2. Harper obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Harper pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horton shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Harper sprawls well. Harper wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Horton gets slowly back to his feet.

Horton takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That has opened up Tim Horton's cut even more.

Harper drops Horton with a beautiful combination! Horton stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Harper is looking for the KO!

Horton is rocked!
Harper connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Horton to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Harper!
