Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aon Fillman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kristian Nielsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nielsen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by John Frusciante - Murderers. Aon Fillman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nielsen takes the fight into the clinch.
Fillman tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Nielsen misses with an elbow strike.
Fillman takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Aon Fillman has been cut.

Fillman jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nielsen walks away with a smile on his face. Fillman gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Fillman closes the distance and clinches up with Nielsen, looking for a takedown. Fillman pushes Nielsen against the cage but Nielsen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Fillman is breathing heavily.
Fillman tries for a takedown but Nielsen sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fillman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nielsen's waist but Nielsen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fillman off to one side.

Nielsen closes the distance and pushes Fillman back into the cage.

Fillman jumps guard but Nielsen stands there with Fillman around his waist. Fillman gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Nielsen lands a right hand that snaps the head of Fillman backwards.
Nielsen with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Fillman takes a shot to the head.
Fillman jumps into guard, dragging Nielsen to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nielsen wants to get up but he can't break Fillman's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Nielsen decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fillman, up you get!
Fillman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fillman throws a head kick but Nielsen moves out of range.
Fillman shoots in looking for a takedown. Nielsen tries to sprawl out of it but Fillman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nielsen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nielsen has taken the fight to the clinch.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Aon Fillman's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
