The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Parish fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Parish is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Parish missing with knees to the body.
Desstutin dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Desstutin has had enough of the clinch but Parish keeps him there for the moment.

Desstutin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Parish shoots in but no luck this time.
Desstutin stuffs the takedown attempt from Parish. Parish gets slowly back to his feet.
Jambo Desstutin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Griffin Parish.

Parish tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Desstutin smiles and moves away.

Parish takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Desstutin closes the distance and clinches.
Desstutin is trying to break the clinch but Parish has him pressed against the cage.
Desstutin lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Desstutin lands with a right to the head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Desstutin breaks from the clinch.
Desstutin tests Parish's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Desstutin misses with a double jab.

Desstutin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Parish tries to keep at a distance but Desstutin has taken the fight into the clinch.
Desstutin has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Desstutin wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Parish has him pressed against the cage.

Desstutin pulls guard effortlessly.
Desstutin working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Parish.

Desstutin pushes Parish off and gets back to his feet.
Desstutin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Parish has time to react.
Desstutin lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Desstutin works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
The fighters circle momentarily. Desstutin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Desstutin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Parish stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Desstutin lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Desstutin cracks Parish with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Desstutin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Desstutin goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Jambo Desstutin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Desstutin stalks Parish and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Parish's face. Parish staggers backwards, shaken.

Parish is rocked!
Desstutin fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Parish is still on wobbly legs! Can Desstutin finish him?
Desstutin digs a good body shot into Parish's ribs.
Desstutin connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Parish! He's out on his feet! Desstutin rushes in and drops Parish with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
