Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Leer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dana Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Black has chosen We Gon Rock as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black jabbing away but nothing is landing.

It looks like Dana Black has been cut.
Leer tries to clinch there but Black circles away.

Black throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Leer was covering up waiting for the punch and Black finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Black is pressed up against the cage. Leer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Black down to the mat. Black avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Leer is pushing Black up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
A frustrated look appears on Black's face as he tries to break the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
