Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Little Dude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jake Tyler has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tyler shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dude manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Tyler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tyler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Dude is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tyler defends well.
Tyler lands a couple of digs.
Tyler is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Dude had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tyler defends it easily.

Tyler tries to free his leg and advance position but Dude is retaining full guard.

Tyler stands up over Dude, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Tyler makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Tyler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dude has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tyler has managed to get both his arms back between Dude's legs - danger averted.

Tyler sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Dude's guard.

Tyler is working for a kimura but Dude is defending it quite comfortably.

Dude has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tyler is working away from the top position though.
Tyler lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Tyler looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tyler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tyler looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Tyler drops an elbow to the side of Dude's head.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tyler lands a nice short elbow.

Tyler is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dude is just riding it out for now. Tyler eventually gives up the hold.

Dude is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Tyler lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Tyler is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jake Tyler dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tyler shoots in for a takedown but Dude shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tyler drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dude is looking to reverse the position.

Dude is trying to get back to his feet.
Tyler in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Tyler lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Dude down.

Tyler has hold of Dude's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Dude seems comfortable defending it but Tyler has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Dude is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Dude is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Tyler couldn't care less - he's delighted!
