The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delamosai keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Damico.
Delamosai tries to clinch but Damico moves out of range.
Delamosai shoots in for a takedown but Damico shows good takedown defense.

Damico thows a left - swing and a miss!
Damico throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Damico sizes up Delamosai with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Decent striking displayed by Damico there.
Damico throws a jab but it's blocked by Delamosai.
Lou Damico seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Damico misses the jab.
Delamosai ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Damico moves away.
Damico tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Delamosai was well out of range. Poor timing from Damico.
A jab from Damico does it's job there.
Delamosai uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Damico.
Damico misses with a straight left.
Damico bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A big right from Damico misses.
Damico lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Delamosai is rocked!
Damico stuns Delamosai with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Oh Delamosai is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Delamosai is breathing heavily.

Delamosai uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Damico.
Damico drops Delamosai with a straight right hand, right on the button! Damico follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
