Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johan Lind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Sallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lind slaps away a takedown attempt from Sallon, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Lind seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Sallon for as long as he can get away with.

Sallon has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lind can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sallon tries to strike from the bottom.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Lind counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Sallon's guard now.
Johan Lind has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stevie Sallon.

Lind is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Sallon has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lind is looking to defend but Sallon has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lind! Sallon pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lind taps out and this one is all over!
