The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hendrix lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Me has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Me and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Me avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Me drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Me slips a nice elbow through Hendrix's hands, connecting with Hendrix's forehead.

Me misses with a few strikes there.
Hendrix scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Me shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hendrix napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Me wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hendrix keeps working.
Me is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hendrix is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Hendrix has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Me is working away from the top position though.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Hendrix throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Me.

Me gets a clinch.
Hendrix fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Me tightens his grip and picks Hendrix up, before dumping him to the ground. Hendrix manages to land in guard.

Hendrix has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Me doesn't defend quickly enough and Hendrix has managed to lock this one up! Can Me escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hendrix on a fantastic submission victory.
