Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darrel Danzig (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Thunders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danzig comes to the cage accompanied by Animal I Have Become. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danzig fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Danzig shoots in but no luck this time.
Danzig throws a hook but Thunders blocks it.
Danzig throws a sloppy head kick and Thunders moves out of range easily.
Thunders tries to close the distance and clinch up but Danzig swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Danzig tries to clinch but Thunders moves away
and Thunders counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Danzig takes a kick to the side of the head.
Danzig fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Darrel Danzig. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Good exchange - Thunders coming out on top.
Thunders throws a leg kick which misses Danzig's front leg but catches the back leg as Danzig tries to avoid it.
Thunders tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Danzig takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Danzig tries to keep at a distance but Thunders has taken the fight into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thunders breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Danzig misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Danzig is breathing heavily.
Thunders connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
