A left and a right from Marchegiano both land. Nice combination.
Swackhammer is looking to score with low kicks.
Marchegiano stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Marchegiano wants it to stay on the feet.
Marchegiano throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Marchegiano leaves Swackhammer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Swackhammer fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Micheal Swackhammer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fight stays on the outside here - Swackhammer looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Marchegiano lands a jab to Swackhammer's midsection.
Marchegiano scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Marchegiano lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Marchegiano connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Swackhammer momentarily.

Marchegiano lands with a nice combination. Swackhammer backs away looking to recover.
Marchegiano lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Marchegiano connects with a nice cross there... Swackhammer is looking wobbly and Marchegiano recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Swackhammer to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Marchegiano jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
