Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramzan Niezmamadov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Niezmamadov comes to the cage accompanied by Sevendust - Enemy. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Niezmamadov fails with a takedown attempt.

Niezmamadov gets a clinch.
Niezmamadov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Couture is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Couture is trying to drag Niezmamadov to the mat but Niezmamadov just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Niezmamadov is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Couture gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ramzan Niezmamadov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Niezmamadov tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Niezmamadov is working for takedown but Couture is calmly controlling the position for now.
Couture lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Niezmamadov drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Couture gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Couture throws a knee to the head but misses.
Couture has Niezmamadov pressed against the cage.
Couture has Niezmamadov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Niezmamadov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Couture is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Couture stops a takedown attempt from Niezmamadov.

Couture throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Niezmamadov blocks it with crossed arms.

Couture tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Niezmamadov avoids it.
A frustrated look appears on Couture's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Couture stalls.
Niezmamadov looking for a takedown.
Niezmamadov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Couture prevents it.
Niezmamadov is breathing heavily.
Niezmamadov blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Couture wants a takedown but no success here.
Couture lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Couture has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Niezmamadov avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Couture pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Niezmamadov drags the fight down to the ground.
Couture is looking to stand up but Niezmamadov won't let him.
Couture loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Couture postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Niezmamadov wants to sweep but no luck.
Niezmamadov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Couture on the ground.

Couture stands up and waves to Niezmamadov to follow him.

Couture shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Niezmamadov is trying to defend but Couture finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Couture perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Couture passes to side control.
Niezmamadov takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Couture tries for a kimura but Niezmamadov is defending well.

Couture tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Couture has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Niezmamadov tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Niezmamadov taking punishment in the form of punches.
Couture trying to control the action but Niezmamadov is working from the bottom.

Couture looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Couture misses with an attempted head punch from side control.

Couture is working to tighten is grip on Niezmamadov's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Niezmamadov has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Couture is really squeezing tight and eventually Niezmamadov passes out! Couture breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
