The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Rain or perhaps it was just good defense by Lambert which made him look bad.
Lambert takes a swing at Rain's ribcage but misses.
Rain will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Rain closes the distance and clinches up with Lambert, looking for a takedown. Rain pushes Lambert against the cage but Lambert circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Rain is trying desperately to land a takedown but Lambert is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Rain.
