Corvina tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Corvina fails with a takedown attempt.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches.
Corvina misses with a short punch on the inside.
Jackson lands an elbow just above Corvina 's eye.

It looks like Banica Corvina has been cut.

Jackson has Corvina pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Corvina is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Jackson - that's hurt Corvina badly! Oh, another knee lands and Corvina is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Corvina doesn't seem to be complaining.
