Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kamal Carwabercic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carwabercic comes to the cage accompanied by Fazlija - Malo viski malo Coca Cola. John Jackson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kamal Carwabercic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Jackson! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Carwabercic. No joy for Jackson on that attempt. Horrible takedown by Jackson or perhaps it was just good defense by Carwabercic which made him look bad. Jackson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Carwabercic manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jackson stands and throws Carwabercic's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jackson scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Carwabercic to see if he's OK. Jackson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Carwabercic, who protects the arm well. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Carwabercic tries to get back to half guard but can't. Jackson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Carwabercic keeps working. Jackson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson scoring with punches from side control. Carwabercic manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson uses his free foot to push down on Carwabercic's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Carwabercic. Jackson breaks from Carwabercic's wrist control and lands an elbow. Jackson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Carwabercic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground. Carwabercic is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Carwabercic is breathing heavily. Jackson dominating with strikes here. Jackson content just to control the position here. Carwabercic is squirming around, avoiding Jackson's attempts to control the action. Carwabercic in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Jackson scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Carwabercic?
Carwabercic tries to reverse the position but Jackson maintains control. Carwabercic might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson landing shots from mount. Jackson is in the full mount, landing strikes. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jackson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Carwabercic is desperately trying to improve his position but Jackson has a good base and remains in mount. Jackson looking to finish Carwabercic with some ground and pound. This is bad for Carwabercic! Carwabercic keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Jackson wants to control the pace but Carwabercic is squirming around nicely. Jackson is landing with some decent strikes but Carwabercic is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Jackson controlling his opponent. Carwabercic taking shots to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carwabercic is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jackson tries to control but Carwabercic wriggling away. Jackson has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Carwabercic is forced to tap!
