Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Hunnam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and CP Munk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunnam's entrance music is England Belongs To Me. A fine choice. CP Munk acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Munk decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunnam tries to get to full guard but Munk has control of the leg.
Hunnam is not content to let Munk control the position.
Hunnam is looking for a sweep. Munk is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Well, if Munk is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Munk is trying to control the action in half guard but Hunnam is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Munk thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Munk thows a huge punch but Hunnam dodges it nicely.
Hunnam looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Munk showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hunnam.
Daniel Hunnam is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Munk looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Munk takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

It looks like CP Munk has been cut.
Munk walks into a straight right hand from Hunnam.
Munk circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hunnam avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Hunnam tries to clinch there but Munk circles away.
Hunnam wants to clinch.

Hunnam moves into range and clinches up with Munk.

Hunnam's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Munk fails with a takedown attempt.
Munk chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Hunnam can pounce on him.
Munk throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hunnam's waist but Hunnam gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Munk off to one side.
Daniel Hunnam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of CP Munk.

Munk shoots in for a takedown but Hunnam shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hunnam tries to clinch there but Munk circles away.
Hunnam stuffs the takedown attempt from Munk. Munk gets slowly back to his feet.
Munk looks gassed!
A nice inside leg kick there by Hunnam. That's going to slow Munk down.
Hunnam is looking to clinch.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hunnam.
Hunnam doesn't manage to clinch there - Munk circles away.
Hunnam is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Munk crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hunnam - the referee stops the clock and Munk gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hunnam. Munk manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hunnam is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Hunnam is looking to clinch but Munk is avoiding it.
Munk shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hunnam as he jumps to the side.

Hunnam tries to close the distance and clinch up but Munk swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hunnam fails in his attempt to clinch.
Hunnam wants to clinch up but Munk keeps it at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Munk takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Hunnam swats away the attempt to clinch by Munk.
Hunnam throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Munk's head.

Hunnam has taken the fight to the clinch.
Hunnam is looking to control Munk's arms but Munk gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hunnam has his back to the cage.
Hunnam controlling the action here for a moment.
Hunnam lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Hunnam's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hunnam tries to clinch but Munk moves out of range.
Hunnam lands an overhand right.
Hunnam lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Munk is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hunnam thumps Munk with a low kick.

Hunnam lands with a straight right. Munk didn't see that one coming.

Munk is rocked!

Hunnam clinches up with Munk and pushes him back against the cage.
Munk is still on wobbly legs! Can Hunnam finish him?

Hunnam breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hunnam darts in and clinches Munk up against the cage.
Hunnam lands a big knee! That's hurt Munk! Oh, he's all over the place! Hunnam lands another knee that sends Munk to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
