Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahn shoots for a double leg takedown but Sabotka sprawls well. He's pushed Kahn's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Kahn has a takedown stuffed.
Kahn circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sabotka wants to clinch.
Kahn drives through with a takedown into guard.
Kahn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kahn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kahn is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sabotka is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Kahn tries to move to mount but Sabotka blocks the move with his legs.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Kahn tries for a kimura but Sabotka is defending well.
Sabotka tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kahn has hold of Sabotka's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Sabotka tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Kahn cranks the arm and Sabotka screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Sabotka, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
