Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bastian Kraut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goddarm throws a right and a left that Kraut avoids nicely.
Goddarm shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kraut as he jumps to the side.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Goddarm.
Kraut drops Goddarm with a beautiful combination! Goddarm stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kraut is looking for the KO!
It looks like Sieger Goddarm has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Goddarm tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kraut swivels and escapes.
Bastian Kraut has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sieger Goddarm.
Goddarm shoots in for a double leg but Kraut sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kraut moves into range and clinches up with Goddarm.
Kraut is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Goddarm ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Goddarm no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Kraut stops Goddarm from standing up.
Kraut wants to stand and escape but instead Goddarm has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Goddarm throws a strike but Kraut rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Kraut wants to control from the top but Goddarm keeps moving.

Kraut trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Kraut would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Goddarm is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Kraut wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Goddarm seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Goddarm missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Goddarm winds up and cracks Kraut with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Goddarm is nestled in close to Kraut, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Goddarm lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Goddarm misses with a head shot. Kraut uses the momentum to regain guard.

Goddarm with a flurry of punches that miss.
Kraut is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Goddarm accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kraut controls Goddarm momentarily but Goddarm frees himself.
Goddarm in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Kraut preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Goddarm lands a couple of elbows.
Kraut is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Goddarm swats away the attempt to clinch by Kraut.
Goddarm shoots in but no luck this time.
Bastian Kraut is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Kraut tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kraut lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Kraut is breathing heavily.
Goddarm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kraut is fending him off so far but Goddarm persists. Nope, Kraut circles away and we're back to standing.
Goddarm scores a takedown into full mount!
Goddarm with shots to the head and body - Kraut looks very uncomfortable down there.
Goddarm pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Kraut takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Sieger Goddarm will probably get the nod.

An inside leg kick lands from Goddarm.
Goddarm lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Goddarm.
No luck for Goddarm with that takedown attempt.
Goddarm shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Goddarm has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
You get the feeling that Kraut really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Kraut holds on for dear life, controlling Goddarm's posture momentarily.
Kraut is in a horrible position here. Goddarm smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Kraut is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Goddarm postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Kraut bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Goddarm and the fight is over!
