Ross has chosen Hustlin Instrumental (With Hook) as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogatu misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ross.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Ross pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Bogatu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ross.
Ross shoots in for a double leg but Bogatu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Ross feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bogatu wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Bogatu is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Ross frees his head nicely. Oh but Bogatu has switched to an armbar! Ross is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
