Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Archie Bunker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sharin Todongs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bunker's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Edith singin Those were the days..... Sharin Todongs acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Archie Bunker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sharin Todongs!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Todongs on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Bunker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bunker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Bunker cracks Todongs with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bunker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Todongs moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Todongs looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Todongs dodges the punch combination from Bunker.
Todongs tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bunker throws a sloppy head kick and Todongs moves out of range easily.
Bunker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bunker scores with a jab. Todongs acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Bunker lands a two punch combo.

It looks like Sharin Todongs has been cut.
Bunker throws a right and a left that Todongs avoids nicely.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bunker.
Bunker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bunker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Todongs swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bunker buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Bunker throws a push kick but Todongs slaps the foot to one side.

Bunker explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Todongs looks gassed!

Bunker closes the distance and pushes Todongs back into the cage.
Still in the clinch, Bunker scores with a nice short uppercut.
Todongs tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Bunker lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Bunker tries for a takedown. No joy.
Todongs prevents the takedown attempt.

Bunker breaks from the clinch.
Bunker showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Todongs.
Todongs tries to close the distance and clinch but Bunker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Bunker clinches.

Bunker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Todongs avoids a punch combination nicely.

Bunker gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bunker wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Archie Bunker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bunker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Todongs is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Bunker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bunker works over Todongs's head and body with a nice combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bunker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Todongs, pushing him back against the cage.
Bunker lands with a right to the head.
Todongs misses with some punches.
Todongs is working for takedown but Bunker is calmly controlling the position for now.
Bunker goes for a takedown attempt but Todongs pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bunker lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Bunker scores with a nice right hand.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Bunker, as that shot connected.
Todongs tries to clinch
and Bunker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Bunker lands a lovely overhand right.

Bunker misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bunker lands a high kick!
Bunker lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Bunker.

Todongs is rocked!
Bunker connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Todongs! He's out on his feet! Bunker rushes in and drops Todongs with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
