Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Galen Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willie Del Monte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Moore moves into the clinch successfully.

Moore breaks from the clinch.
Del Monte fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Del Monte misses with a straight left.
Del Monte works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Del Monte throws the left hand but Moore avoids the punch easily.

Del Monte shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Moore sprawls well. Moore wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Del Monte gets slowly back to his feet.
Willie Del Monte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moore leaves Del Monte with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Del Monte closes the distance and clinches up with Moore, looking for a takedown. Del Monte pushes Moore against the cage but Moore circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Moore is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Del Monte can't fight it off and eventually Moore manages to take the fight to the floor. Del Monte looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Del Monte drops back, looking for a kneebar! Moore looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Moore looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Moore!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Del Monte bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Moore's head backwards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Moore moves in looking to clinch but Del Monte pushes him off.

Moore can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Del Monte controls the pace.
Moore can't keep his opponent in guard - Del Monte advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Del Monte is keen to just control but Moore is a slippery customer.

Del Monte is looking for a kimura but Moore is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Del Monte to get the leverage.

Moore misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Moore is in trouble now - Del Monte has advanced to mount!
Moore is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Moore can't escape the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Moore is in all sorts of trouble here.

Del Monte is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Moore can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Willie Del Monte showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
