The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Silva keeping full guard, as Gracie tries to pass.
Gracie stands and throws Silva's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Silva is trying to improve his position.

Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Silva knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Gracie moves into full mount!

Gracie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Silva can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Gracie is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Silva to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Silva shrugs it off.

Silva is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Gracie locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Silva is forced to tap!
