Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jin Kwon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Xavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xavier shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kwon displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Nice takedown defense from Kwon. No joy for Xavier on that attempt.

Xavier tries to keep at a distance but Kwon has taken the fight into the clinch.
Xavier is trying to break the clinch but Kwon has him pressed against the ropes.
Kwon scores with a hook to the body.
Kwon makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Kwon scores with a hook to the body.
Xavier looks gassed!
Kwon throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A quick uppercut on the inside from Kwon.
Kwon works on Xavier's body with a couple of short punches.

Kwon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kwon stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kwon wants it to stay on the feet.
Jin Kwon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kai Xavier.

Kwon moves into the clinch.
Kwon leaning against his opponent.
Kwon lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Kwon lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Kwon manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Kwon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Xavier tries to keep at a distance but Kwon has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kwon lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Xavier.

Kwon gets through Xavier's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Kwon's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Kwon pushes Xavier back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Kwon lands an uppercut.
Kwon lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Xavier or not.

Kwon lands a right hand that snaps the head of Xavier backwards.

Kwon manages to break the clinch.
Xavier gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Kwon Rushes Xavier and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Xavier is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Kwon Piles on the pressure and Xavier crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
