The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozakov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Uzi, as that shot connected.

It looks like Tolya Kozakov has been cut.
Kozakov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kozakov misses with a looping left.
Tolya Kozakov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kozakov scores with a kick to the midsection.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Uzi tries to clinch but Kozakov moves out of range.
Kozakov throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Uzi has managed to clinch.
Kozakov has Uzi pressed against the cage, preventing Uzi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Uzi is trying to break free.
Uzi lands with a light punch inside.
Uzi tries to circle away but Kozakov has him pinned against the cage.

Kozakov manages to break the clinch.
Kozakov misses with a wild combination.
Kozakov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kozakov feints and then cracks Uzi's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Uzi down.
Uzi is breathing heavily.
Kozakov misses with a straight left.
Kozakov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kozakov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kozakov swats away the attempt to clinch by Uzi.

Kozakov lands a left and a right that send Uzi crashing to the mat, dazed. Kozakov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Uzi is rocked!

It looks like Lasse Uzi has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kozakov turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Oh Uzi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kozakov throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Uzi crumples to the floor and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Tolya Kozakov!
Tolya Kozakov is the new heavyweight champion!
