The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture throws a sloppy head kick and Ford moves out of range easily.
Couture scores with a takedown into Ford's guard.
Ford is controlling Couture's posture.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture wants to control from the top but Ford keeps moving.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Couture can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ford fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
