Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Glover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giant Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Giant Silva is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva looks to land a left hand but Glover moved out of range nicely.
Silva is looking to clinch but Glover is avoiding it.
Silva misses with a looping right.

Silva's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Silva duly obliges.
Silva fails to land with a series of punches.
Silva swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Silva lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Glover blocks a jab.
Glover ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Silva scores with a decent looking hook.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Glover shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Glover gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva cracks Glover with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Glover closes the distance and clinches up with Silva, looking for a takedown. Glover pushes Silva against the cage but Silva circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Silva might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Glover looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Silva comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Giant Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Glover. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice uppercut lands for Silva. That snapped Glover's head back.
Silva lands a big uppercut and Glover crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Glover looks OK. Silva waves Glover back to his feet!
Silva circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Glover tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Silva wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Giant Silva!
