The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emanuel tries to clinch up.
Marks looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Emanuel scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Marks throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Emanuel's waist but Emanuel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marks off to one side.
Marks looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Emanuel!
Marks is looking to take Emanuel's back but instead Emanuel gets back to half guard. Nice work.
Emanuel has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Marks is working away from the top position though.
Emanuel regains full guard. Nicely done.
Emanuel manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Emanuel has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Marks's face.
Emanuel landing strikes from the mount and Marks is in trouble!

Marks is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Marks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Emanuel lands a big elbow - Marks is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Marks is forced to tap out!
