Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Bino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Spat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Pedro Bino!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Spat!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spat tries to bum rush Bino with a series of wild strikes but Bino uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bino tries to score a power double leg takedown but Spat sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bino somewhat.
Spat misses with a takedown attempt

and Bino counters with a takedown into side control.

Bino is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Spat is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bino tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Spat is looking for a sweep.

Bino goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Spat rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bino's guard! Nice work there by Spat!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Spat looking to pass the guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bino is looking for a triangle but Spat pushes his legs off easily.
Spat wants to control from the top but Bino keeps moving.
Bino might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Bino is looking for a triangle here but Spat uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Spat trying to control the action but Bino is working from the bottom.
A lull in the action here.

Spat decides to take the fight back to the feet.

Bino shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Spat kicks off Bino and gets to his feet.
Spat just misses with a punch to the body.
Spat fails with the takedown

and Bino counters with a nice double leg into side control. Spat won't be happy with that.

Bino looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Bino is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Spat regains half guard.

Bino seems to be looking for submissions.

Bino looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Spat gets back to full guard.
Spat is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Spat is trying to control the position from the bottom.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bino won't allow Spat to sweep him here.

Bino postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Spat is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bino, into his guard.

Bino working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Spat doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Spat manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Spat content to stall in guard here.

Bino looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pedro Bino dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Spat decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bino is looking to improve his position.
Bino throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Spat is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Spat working for a submission but Bino is keeping him at bay.
Spat looking to control but Bino is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pedro Bino overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Spat can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bino is looking to escape.

Spat has isolated one of Bino's arms. Bino looking to fight him off but Spat twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
