Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hans Laudrup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bret Hatton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laudrup comes into the arena with Zoo Station blaring out of the sound system. Hatton has chosen Bret Hart theme as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Hans Laudrup has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Hatton tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Hatton has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Laudrup regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Hatton.
Hatton throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Laudrup works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Hatton drops back, looking for a kneebar! Laudrup looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Laudrup looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Laudrup!

Hatton goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Laudrup has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hatton but great work by Laudrup.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hans Laudrup.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Laudrup, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
