Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juanito Sandoval (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randall Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Im a playa. Randall Johnson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Sandoval here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Johnson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sandoval sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johnson somewhat.

Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sandoval swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Sandoval buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Sandoval digs a good body shot into Johnson's ribs.
Juanito Sandoval seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Johnson or perhaps it was just good defense by Sandoval which made him look bad.
Johnson takes one on the chin but seems OK.

A jab lands there for Sandoval.
Sandoval throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Johnson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Sandoval comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sandoval looks to land a right hand but Johnson moved out of range.
Johnson shoots in looking for a takedown. Sandoval tries to sprawl out of it but Johnson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sandoval manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Johnson takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Sandoval is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Johnson is controlling him.
