The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

You get the feeling that Byku really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Anyukov cracks Byku with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Byku tries to buck Anyukov off but he can't manage it.
Anyukov lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Byku takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Anyukov jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Byku manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Byku is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Anyukov asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Anyukov works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Anyukov thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Byku is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Anyukov has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Byku parries the strikes from Anyukov easily there. Anyukov is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Byku to escape.

Anyukov is working to tighten is grip on Byku's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Byku has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Anyukov is really squeezing tight and eventually Byku passes out! Anyukov breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
