Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joey Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jossip Broz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broz blocks a leg kick.
Johnson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

It looks like Jossip Broz has been cut.
Johnson throws a chopping leg kick but Broz manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Broz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Broz circles away from the clinch attempt.
Broz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Johnson as he jumps to the side.
Johnson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Joey Johnson has been cut.
Johnson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Broz.
Broz moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Broz walks straight into a right hand from Johnson - that's dropped him! Johnson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Broz from any more punishment! Broz complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
